Yet when you look inside most organizations, events, brands, conferences, tourism boards, and associations, almost none of them have a dedicated function to do it.

Jacquelene Clarke is the Founder and Chief Partnerships Officer of The Well Connected, a Sponsorship Relations agency dedicated to helping brands, events, creators, and organizations build strategic partnerships that drive growth, visibility, and long-term impact.

Recognized as one of the leading voices in partnership strategy, Jacquelene has spent more than a decade helping organizations transform sponsorship from a transactional exercise into a sustainable business function. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, relationship-building, brand alignment, and cultural relevance, enabling clients to secure meaningful partnerships that extend far beyond a single campaign or event.

Before founding The Well Connected, Jacquelene built her career in public relations, entertainment, and brand communications, working across film, television, beauty, consumer products, and live experiences. This foundation gave her a unique understanding of how brands, audiences, media, and cultural moments intersect, shaping the relationship-first approach that has become the hallmark of her work today.

Through The Well Connected, Jacquelene has secured hundreds of thousands of dollars in partnership value and developed sponsorship ecosystems for festivals, conferences, tourism organizations, consumer brands, cultural institutions, and founder-led businesses across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
